I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

Hello. I grew up in Osgood and I did not know Vickie personally and had never met her, but I feel as though I had.... My mother, Linda Weber-Dilk was a childhood friend of hers and they graduated high school together. I've heard about her over the years, of her many kindnesses and love for others. I had always thought that she must be a beautiful person, and seeing her picture now, I can see that she was. But even more than her physical beauty, I think her many kindnesses must tell the true story of WHO she really was. I really wish I had met her. She will be missed and thought of... even by those who had never met her. I'm sorry for your family's loss. Take care.

Tom & Family, we are so sad at the death of Vickie. She was so generous & so kind to so many. Even with the outer persona she showed at times, she still was dear to many of us & she will be missed. The memories of growing up together, and the days at Batesville pool, the slumber parties, etc. will remain, as will the visits she and I had over the phone & at Mandalay. Our prayers & thoughts continue.
