Betty Marie (Bobb) Peters, age 79, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on June 28, 2017.

                Betty was born on January 26, 1938 in Menomonie Wisconsin to Malcolm John and Ruby Alice Marie (Radke) Bobb.  Her family moved to the Osgood community when she was young.

                Betty married Philip Eugene Peters on March 25, 1954 and they had 4 children together.

                Betty was a well-known person in Osgood and loved by all who knew her.  She was beautiful on the inside and out.  Betty absolutely loved the Town of Osgood and no one could convince her there could be any better place to live, this belief lives on in her children and grandchildren.  Many people can recall her as the clerk of Triplett’s Drugstore and hostess for the Osgood Grub Company.

                She is survived by three of her children: Luann Peters, Amy (Bill) Stewart and Mike (Ginger) Peters all of Osgood, and also three grandsons she adored Tyler French, Zane Stewart, and Henry Peters and her brother Richard Bobb.  She was preceded in death by husband Phillip, her parents, brother Keith Bobb, and son Terry Peters.

                Graveside services will be held Thursday July 6, 2017 at 5 pm. at Greendale Cemetery outside of Osgood.  Memorials can be made to the Osgood American Legion in care of Neal’s Funeral Home
