Todd Brunner

The world lost another brilliant light to God on September 6, 2019. Todd Brunner of Deland, Florida age 60 formerly of Osgood, IN was born on July 2, 1959 as the son to the late Naomi and Tilford Brunner. Todd met his bride, Karen Marie Pester in Virginia Beach and they were united in marriage on November 6, 1993. In 1996, they would move to Pilot Mountain, North Carolina and remain there until 2017. From there they moved to Deland, Florida which Todd expressed was like living in a perfect paradise.

Todd was truly a wonderful soulmate, awesome father and neighborhood ambassador, Jeeves (the butler) as he was known! He was loved by his many neighbors and passersby. After retiring in 2008, he worked full time in their yard and home. He loved cooking, hosting parties where he always attended to every guest’s need. He was the life of the party with his jokes and silly songs that he would make up. But most of all, he was known for his generosity and kindness.

After a longtime illness, he is deservingly at peace, no longer suffering. His family and friends agree the world is a lesser place. Survivors include: his wife, Karen Marie Brunner, son Troy Harrison Brunner of Deland, Florida and brother Mark (Brenda) Brunner of King, North Carolina.
