Olivia Rose Collins of Delaware passed away on December 28, 2020 at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati.
She is survived by parents Andrew Collins and Sierra Perry, brother Bryson Collins, sister Rylie Collins, grandparents Rachel Collins and Scott and Tracey Perry.
