Susan "Char" Charlene (Hall) Bultman

Susan Charlene “Char” Bultman, age 67, of Osgood passed away on Saturday July 1 surrounded by her family.  Char was born in Connersville, Indiana the daughter of the late Marvin and Nell (Norris) Hall on April 22, 1956.

Char spent several years working for the US Shoe Factory and also Soft Seal in Harrison, Ohio.  She was known to love to babysit local kids, but her favorite to babysit were her grandchildren.  She was competitive at playing games like euchre, bingo, and various board games.  If you knew Char you know she enjoyed company and conversation.  She had a passion for music, whether it be singing karaoke or dancing, it was always enjoyable.

She will be missed by children; Kevin Michael Hall, Jeremy (LeAnna) Bultman,  Angela (Ian) Meyer, and special som Jeremy Russell, brother Marvin (Tina) Hall, and sisters Karen (Rick) Bayne, Julie Kinsey, Patricia (Jim) Mayberry, and Jennifer Hall, along with grandchildren Jacob, Charity, Shelby, Casey, Katey, Kaylee, Skyler, Cheyanne, Sarah, Liam, Jackson, Jaylynn, McLaine, Kenna, and Kylie, and numerous great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by husband Tim Bultman, her parents, and brother in law Ricky Kinsey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday July 6, 2023 at Holton Christian Church from 4-5 pm., with Funeral services being held at 5 pm.  Memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.  Online condolences may be placed at Nealsfuneralhome.net
