Donald Ballard, age 77 of Shelbyville, IN passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Hospice of South Central Indiana (Bartholomew County) Columbus, IN .
He was born January 28, 1933 in Saldee, KY to the parents of: Henry & Alberta Clay Ballard.

Donald loved fishing, nascar racing and playing chess.
