Gerald "Jerry" Phillippe, age 54 of Gulfport, MS formerly of Osgood, passed away September 11, 2010 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Biloxi, MS . He was born February 7, 1956 at Batesville, IN to the parents of Earl Keith & Nita May Wheeler Phillippe. Both survive.
Survivors:
Parents: Earl Keith & Nita May Wheeler Phillippe of Osgood.
Sister: Holly Marie & husband Robert W. Peters of Vevay, IN
He was preceded in death by one brother, Earl "Arlo' Phillippe.
Memberships:
He was a 1973 graduate of Jac-cen-Del High School
Was a Navy veteran where he had served as a navigator the last three years on a nuclear submarine.
Was a master plumber
Member of the Gulfport AM Legion.
Was a certified scuba diver.
