Gilda Emelia Levi age 91 of Milan, IN passed away September 9, 2010 at Dearborn County Hospital. Gilda had been a resident at Ripley Crossing in Milan, IN since November of 2003. She was born January 16, 1919 in Genova, Italy to the parents of Amedeo & Maria Bertolinni Cotto. She married Joseph Lowell Levi December 26, 1946 in Chiavari, Italy and he preceded her in death on April 2, 1994.

Daughters:
Maria and husband Loren Davis of Osgood, IN
Pina and husband Norman Knudson of Holton, IN

Grandchildren: 8
Great Grandchildren: 16

She was preceded in death also by two brothers: Bruno & Renato Lanza
She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Joe Knudson in May of 1992.


Gilda had worked many years ago as a garment seamtress
for the Carol Cook Factory in Greensburg, IN
She was a very generous woman who loved her family. Also she loved nauture..........especially flowers, the mountains and ocean!
