Jackqueline Sue Mathews O'Connor, age 60 of Osgood, IN passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN . She was born October 9, 1951 in Milan, IN to the parents of John Anderson & Irma Evelyn Disbro Mathews.
She married Patrick Henry O'Connor Sr. June 22, 1968 in Aurora, IN & he still survives at home.

Jacqueline had been a paramedic for the city of Muskogee, OK and also a dispatcher for Haskell, OK police department in the early 1980's. She had been a caregiver for many people all of her life.
