Kimberly Kay Lee, 55, of Dillsboro, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. She was born on March 11, 1970, in Batesville, the beloved daughter of Kennie and Carolyn (McConnell) Lee.
Kimberly was born with a disability but embraced life with a joyful spirit and a loving heart. She was a cherished member of the community at The Waters of Dillsboro, where she formed lasting friendships and took great delight in participating in group activities and games. Her favorite pastime was coloring, which brought her immense happiness.
She loved spending time with her family, especially during memorable outings and a special trip to Gatlinburg that she fondly remembered. Kimberly will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her father, Kennie Lee; brother Kevin (Rebecca) Lee of Versailles; sister Jennifer (Steve) Hodgson of Ocala, Florida; nephews Austin and Travis Lee; and nieces Amanda Stewart and Samantha Roark.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Lee, and brother, Kennett Lee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Neal’s Funeral Home, with funeral services immediately following at 2:00 PM. Burial will take place at Holton Cemetery.
