Lisa Ann Hopper

Lisa Ann (Winters) Hopper, age 55, of Osgood, passed away on June 6, 2025, at UC Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born on April 9, 1970, in Fort Riley, Kansas, the daughter of Dennis and Donna (Sparks) Winters. Lisa was raised in Osgood alongside her sister and remained a part of the community throughout her life.

After completing her schooling, Lisa entered the workforce, holding various positions over the years. She spent several years working at Dollar General and most recently dedicated 13 years to Baxter in Batesville.

Lisa had a green thumb and found joy in tending to her flowers and garden. She loved watching hummingbirds, treasure hunting at yard sales, and the occasional trip to the casino. But more than anything, Lisa cherished the time spent with her grandchildren—they were the light of her life.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Winters.

Lisa is survived by her children, Earl (Brandy) Hopper Jr. and Angel (Cody Mitch) Hopper; her mother, Donna Winters; sisters, Angie Boudion and Megan Winters; grandchildren, Nathan Bowen, Drayden Colyer, and Aiden and Aria Hopper. She is also survived by the father of her children, Earl Hopper, her longtime companion, Jerry Moore and mother Donna Winters.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood, with funeral services beginning at 6:00 p.m.
