Luscill Sparks Sr., age 87 of Osgood, IN formerly of Milan, IN died April 15, 2010 at Manderley Health Care Center of Osgood, IN . He was born January 26, 1923 in Evelyh,KY to the parents of Elijah A. & Martha Ann Brinegar Sparks. He married Cleona Rice & she preceded him in death April 18, 2008.
