Michale Blain Wolfe

Michael Blain Wolfe, 51, of Osgood, passed away on Monday, August 3, at Manderley Health Care in Osgood.

Mike was born on November 12, 1974, in Marshall County, West Virginia, the son of Michael Wolfe and Deborah Clegg.

He graduated from Heath High School in Paducah, Kentucky, in 1995. Mike worked on various farms around the Paducah area and also helped with custodial work at the school.

At the age of 17, Mike's life changed dramatically when he was involved in a serious automobile accident. Although he was fortunate to survive, the injuries left him permanently disabled. Over the years, the staff and residents of Manderley Health Care became an extension of his family, providing him with friendship, care, and compassion.

Mike is survived by his family members, Michael Patrick Wolfe, Jason Miller, Tracy Wolfe, and Buffy Miller.

Mike was proud to have been baptized and to have accepted the Lord as his Savior. His faith became an important part of his life and brought him comfort.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Manderley Health Care in Osgood, with funeral services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Osgood Perseverance Cemetery.
