Rowan Gomez

Rowan Lawrenzo Virgil Gomez, precious son, brother, grandson, and beloved family member, passed away at just six months old at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, surrounded by his loving family.

Rowan was born on December 3, 2025, in Cincinnati. Though his time on earth was far too short, the love and joy he brought into the world will last forever. Rowan was deeply cherished by all who knew him. His bright smiles could light up a room, and he found happiness in the simple things—listening to music, being held close, and watching Curious George. He had a gentle spirit that touched the hearts of everyone around him.

He is survived by his loving parents, Raymond Gomez and Diana Wieczorek; his devoted sisters, Raven, Lylith, and Juniper; his grandparents, Olivia Gomez, Holly Phillippe, and Steve Zimmer; his great-grandparents, May Phillippe and Gale Gillger; his uncles, Noah Wieczorek, Alex Wieczorek, Brent Gomez, and Caleb Gomez; his aunts, Carlotta Scott and Zaria Gomez; and numerous cousins and extended family members who will forever hold him in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his grandpas Ramiro Gomez and Mirco Wieczorek.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood, with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m.
