Thomas McIntosh, age 58 of Versailles, IN was born September 11, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio. His parents are the late Vurlin & Marcella Marie Shook McIntosh. He had worked in construction for various places in his life. Tom passed away early Thursday morning , July 31, 2014 at his home in Versailles with family by his side.
