Tyler Moore age 67 of Osgood passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Columbus Regional Hospital, Columbus, IN . He was born April 17, 1943 at St. Helen's, KY to the parents of Arch & Norena Crouch Moore. He married Jeanette Lee Abner June 4, 1966 at Vada, KY.
