Deborah “Debbie” Ann (Forwalt) Brown, age 67, of Osgood was reunited with several family members in heaven early Saturday morning. Debbie passed away at her home surrounded by family. She was born on September 13, 1955 the daughter of Edward and Joyce Ann (Morton) Forwalt.
Her life started out with tragedy as her mother passed away at birth. Debbie came home from the hospital and was raised by her Grandma Edna. She was welcomed with open arms in a loving household. She attended high school at Jac-Cen-Del and continued her education getting her LPN License.
She spent several years working at Manderley Health Care and always appreciated all the family owned business had done for her. She worked the floor, passed meds, and taught numerous classes. She was a longtime member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
In her personal life, a young man entered the Dunbar Bultman Dairy in November of 1971, and would forever change her life. She was united in marriage with Sam Brown and they would spend the remainder of their lives together until Sam’s passing in 2017.
