Roger Allen Baughan

Roger Allen Baughan age 76 of Osgood, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at Columbus Regional Health, in Columbus, Indiana. He was the son of the late George L. and Arlene (Henneke) Baughan who was born in Joliet, Illinois on March 2, 1946. He married Faith Rork on December 12, 1987, and she still survives at home.

Before marrying, Roger proudly served his country from January 1966 through January of 1972 in the US Air Force. After being discharged, he would work various jobs until he met his soul mate, Faith Rork. She exclaimed he was a simple man, not wanting any special attention. He was a kind and thoughtful loving husband. Throughout their marriage at different times when she was ill, he took such loving care of her, he also did a lot of things for his family and friends.

Roger was noted for his large chocolate chip cookies that he made, he would share these with his friends and family. He loved Nascar and watching football with his special dog, Abbey setting alongside him! He also spent time golfing and fishing. His last place of employment was at Valeo in Greensburg, Indiana.

Up until the last few days of his illness, he still had that sense of humor, joking with Faith, trying to make her feel better!

He will be sadly missed by Faith, one brother, two sisters and other family members.
