Bill was a special man. I learned early on how he liked working with numbers and knowing how these numbers helped his business. He was always kind tome and his eyes (and cheeks) spilled out his every smile.
Lila, Shannon, Fred and Travis - the eulogies and testimonies given from your grandchildren/children and pastor, were most touching. They did a wonderful job defining their lives with papa. Bills leaving was way too early, but those kids have a wonderful foundation to carry on and grow up to give back as you all have done. Many people loved your Bill, and that was obvious through the visitation as well as the funeral. I wish for peace and strength as you move forward day to day.

Dear Lila,
So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I know that it has been easy for the family. I will always remember him at our house at Cub Scout meetings and then when my dad passed away, and he was at Manderly to pick him up. I knew he was in good hands. Bless you and your Family.

Lila, you and Bill have been our dear friends for close to 50 years. From crazy teenagers double dating, to young parents doing fun things and visiting with each other with our children, babysitting for each other, choosing you two for Brad's godparents, having our first grandchildren born a day apart. Seeing Nick choose Travis to be his best man at his wedding. We love you and your family and know you couldn't be prouder of what you and Bill did together in your life together. We also know that there is more, there is eternal life where we will see Bill and all of our loved ones again and experience more happiness than will last forever.
